By accessing or using Digital Island’s services, including browsing the website, using the mobile app, or purchasing any goods or services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legal agreement between you and Digital Island, and they govern your access and use of our platform. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use any of our services.

If you are using Digital Island on behalf of a business, organization, or other entity, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that entity, and you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind the entity to these terms. In such cases, “you” and “your” will refer to the entity as well as yourself.

2. Conditions of Use

To ensure the integrity of the platform and the security of all users, your use of Digital Island is subject to the following conditions:

Age and Legal Authority: You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You also represent that the information you provide is truthful and accurate, and you have the authority to act on behalf of any organization you represent.
Account Responsibility: If you create an account with Digital Island, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Multiple Accounts: Each individual is allowed to create only one account for personal use. Creating multiple accounts for the same user or entity is prohibited, unless explicitly authorized by Digital Island.

3. Services Offered

Digital Island serves as a platform that connects affiliates, service providers, and event organizers with consumers. Through our platform, vendors can offer products, services, and events such as:

Event Ticketing: Organizers can sell tickets and manage registrations for concerts, festivals, conferences, and other events.
Custom Services: Affiliates and vendors can promote custom services, such as printing, merchandise, and other event-related offerings.

While Digital Island facilitates these connections, we are not the direct creator, organizer, or provider of the events or services listed on our platform. Digital Island acts as an intermediary, providing the infrastructure that allows vendors to offer their services to customers.

Affiliates and Organizers: If you are a vendor or event organizer, you are responsible for ensuring that your event listings, goods, or services comply with all relevant laws, rules, and regulations. You must accurately describe your offerings and provide them in a satisfactory manner as per your listing.

4. Permitted Activities

As a user of Digital Island, you are permitted to:

Browse and Purchase: View event listings and service offerings and make purchases for yourself or as a gift for others, in accordance with the terms of the specific offer.
Share Links: You may share event or service links through social media, email, or other means for personal purposes. You can also share links directly from Digital Island as part of permitted non-commercial activities.
Organize Events: If you are an event organizer, you can manage event ticketing, promotion, and registration through Digital Island’s services.
Submit Reviews and Feedback: You are welcome to submit reviews or feedback on services you have used, provided they are honest and do not violate any rules regarding inappropriate content or language.

5. Prohibited Activities

To ensure a fair and secure environment for all users, certain actions are strictly prohibited on Digital Island:

Commercial Use Without Permission: You may not use Digital Island to republish, redistribute, or resell any information, products, or services without explicit permission from us.
Fraudulent or Speculative Purchases: Making false purchases or engaging in speculative transactions, including buying services with the intention of canceling them for financial gain, is strictly prohibited.

Organizers’ Responsibilities: Event organizers and affiliates are solely responsible for the accuracy, content, and delivery of their events and services. Digital Island merely facilitates the connection between users and organizers but does not guarantee the performance or quality of the services provided by third parties. You agree that Digital Island is not liable for any disputes, errors, or failures in the delivery of goods or services by event organizers.

10. Third-Party Links

Digital Island may provide links to external websites or services operated by third parties for your convenience. These links are provided solely as a resource for additional information or services that may be of interest to you. However, Digital Island does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or content of any third-party websites.

Independent Control: These third-party websites are operated independently of Digital Island, and we have no control over their content, privacy policies, or business practices.
User Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit. Digital Island disclaims any responsibility or liability for any interactions or transactions you may have with these third-party websites, including any damages, losses, or security issues that may arise from your use of such external sites.
External Purchases: Any purchases or services obtained through third-party links are at your own risk, and Digital Island is not liable for any issues or disputes that may arise from such transactions.

11. Payment and Pricing

All prices for events, products, and services offered through Digital Island are set by the respective affiliates, vendors, and event organizers. We strive to ensure that pricing information is accurate, but we are not responsible for any pricing discrepancies, errors, or changes made by organizers.

Price Accuracy: While we make efforts to ensure accurate pricing across our platform, organizers are responsible for maintaining up-to-date and accurate pricing for their offerings. Digital Island is not liable for errors, misrepresentations, or disputes over the prices listed.
International Transactions: If you make purchases from outside the United States, additional fees may apply. These can include currency conversion fees, international transaction fees, or other charges imposed by your bank or payment provider. You are solely responsible for any fees related to your transactions.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
